I fell asleep nicely, but woke up again. Quite often, just as I&#8217;m about to fall asleep, I get little anxiety attacks. I say &#8216;little&#8217;, because they&#8217;re brief and not serious at all &#8212; just a reminder of what they can really be like. Tonight, I couldn&#8217;t fall back asleep. Instead my mind kept spinning &#8230; about stupid things, like if I will have to file tax returns in two countries when I get a pension. First of all, that won&#8217;t happen until four years from now, so it&#8217;s kind of early to start worrying about it now. There&#8217;s no stop button for the mind though, so I got up instead, and went online. Scrolled mindlessly in Facebook for a while, read likewise mindless posts.
